Assessing the effectiveness of business processes in service sector small business

The article presents the results of a theoretical generalization of modern approaches to studying business processes at children's business organizations. On this basis, key elements of the enterprise structural divisions’ business processes are indicated. Particular emphasis is placed on considering the essential methods to analyze business processes, including the characteristics of the system indicators. The prac-ical significance lies in testing methodological provisions on principles of assessing the business process effectiveness at Inex LLC.
